We take a thorough approach to monitoring and evaluating the success of our programs, ensuring that we can track the real, tangible impact we’re making. By regularly assessing how our programs are improving the lives of families, we’re able to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve our approach.
Our monitoring and evaluation process includes:
Repayment tracking for microloans
Meeting attendance for empowerment groups
In-home visits to check on family well-being
Interviews and self-evaluations with participants
Profit and budget tracking for family businesses
This data is collected on a quarterly and annual basis to measure both increases in family stability and decreases in family vulnerabilities.

What We Measure
We measure success through a combination of emotional, physical, and financial well-being indicators, as well as spiritual participation, tailored to each family’s needs and goals.
Mental/Emotional
- Reported decreases in stress and anxiety
- Strengthened friendships and community bonds
- Ability to set and achieve personal and family goals
Physical/Financial
- Increased food security and access to shelter
- Improved health and ability to seek treatment when needed
- Family preservation and freedom from exploitation
- Business growth and successful loan repayments
Spiritual
- Freedom of time and resources to participate in spiritual activities, as desired
